We have temporarily paused venue tours and new bookings for external, third-party events (including weddings) through Sunday, September 11, 2022. Thank you for your patience as we focus on restoring our staffing levels since pandemic closures and changes. Please contact us on or after Monday, September 12 for private events planned in 2023 and beyond and we will respond in the order received.
Inquiries by Johns Hopkins departments and offices and new bookings for university events in fall 2022 and beyond have not been paused. Please email the Private Events Team at privateeventsoffice@jhu.edu or call 443-840-9585 and we will respond as promptly as possible.
2022 wedding bookings are full. Weddings and other large, third-party catered events at Evergreen Museum & Library will resume as of Thursday, September 1, 2022, due to continued improvements in COVID trends and after additional consultation with Johns Hopkins experts in public health and infectious disease.
The university continues to modify COVID policies for its campus communities as conditions warrant. We will remain observant of pandemic conditions locally and nationally and will change course if necessary.
